Sous Chef £44k Oxfordshire

My client, a busy Gastro Pub in North Oxfordshire is looking for a Sous Chef with minimum 3 years experience of fine dining restaurants or gastro pubs.

Own transport is a requirement due to the rural location.

If successful the salary will be £44,000 per annum, contractual 45 hour per week, with extra hours taken as lieu or paid. The shift pattern is generally morning until finish working 5 days out of 7.  Standard 28 days annual leave and statutory pension contributions apply.
