1). Post placement billing.
We invoice after a cooling off period and we split the invoice. Successful candidates will work with you for 14 days before we bill - and only 50% at that stage. Then we check back at 56 days and if the placement is still on-going and successful, will we raise part two of the bill and only then. If the placement fails for any reason whatsoever there won't be a second invoice.
Many agencies only provide rebates if you pay in the first 7 days, we think this is unethical.
2). We work 24/7-365.
We understand the hospitality world and there won't ever be a time when we are closed. If you have a requirement and call us you will get through to someone - or be called back within 24 hours.
3). Local and National searching.
We don't just use our contacts, database and network - of course they are important but doing a detailed cv search and advertising on the biggest job boards - cv-library.co.uk, cater.com, reed.co.uk and indeed.com are a critical part of our recruitment process.
